Boxing 101

This is great for a beginner who is looking to give boxing a shot. Boxing is not only a great workout but a great martial art to learn discipline and self-defense. You’ll learn boxing stance, footwork, how to throw a proper punch without injuring yourself, and most importantly how to not get hit! You’ll learn of all this while simultaneously building up your strength, stamina and endurance!
